Change to rsync modules

AARNet Mirror offers content via rsync, http and https protocols.

We have recently changed some of our rsync paths as a part of backend changes required for continued stability of the AARNet Mirror service.

The affected rsync modules are pub, ubuntu, lkams and ros2-packages.

Note that we aren't planning any changes for AARNet Mirror web http/https endpoints which is what most of our downstream users are using.
